WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU

We are excited to share that we are adding a new feature to our podcast called ANIMAL CONNECTIONS!

This is where we invite, you the listener, to share your story of a unique experience with your pet or other animal where you felt you made a connection beyond what you had before. For example, you could share a time when you felt a breakthrough in your relationship or a lightbulb moment in the way your train animals or even something as extraordinary as an animal saving your life. We are open to all ideas and if chosen, will incorporate your voice message into a series of short clips we are calling ANIMAL CONNECTIONS.

To leave your 3-5 minute message just click on the microphone icon at the bottom right and follow the prompts provided. If we are able to use your story in a segment we contact you for more details.

Barbara O'Brien

Barbara O'Brien has loved animals as long as she can remember. She eloped at 19 so she could have a horse, and started an animal actors agency at 22. After many years of working animals in front of the camera, she moved behind it and became a professional photographer for clients like Purina, Cargill, Novartis, Wahl and 3M. This led to her first book, DOGFACE, which was published by Random House Penguin in 2014. She also leads workshops helping people improve their connection with the animals in their lives.

She has four sons and lives on a farm in rural Wisconsin and is happy to report, she is still married to the same man, and still has horses.
